Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Egolift. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized products
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at help.egolift@gmail.com
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
